4. Provide and Environment that is Safe for the Animal as well as the Public.
   
5. Endorse Responsible Ownership, Breeding, and Exhibiting of Animals.
   
6. Denounce Illegal Breeding, Selling, and use of Animals.
   
7. Establish a Contingency Plan for Animals under our Care in case of Natural Disaster, Escape, or Death of the Owner.
   
8. Recognize and Accept Responsibility to meet the individual needs of the Animals under our Care.
